Adam Hogendorf has been working in the field od CNS drugs for the last couple of years.
His scientific interests span from metallorganic chemistry, through asymmetric synthesis, multicomponent reactions to neurochemistry, and neuropharmacology.
His discoveries of weakly basic serotonin receptor ligands led to the development of a first-in-class preclinical candidate for a neuropathic pain cure.

Dr. habil. Renata Wietecha-Posłuszny, Prof. UJ, postdoctoral degree, Faculty of Chemistry, Jagiellonian University, Cracow, Poland, specialist in Analytical and Forensic chemistry and Forensic toxicology.
From 2015 Head of Forensic Chemistry Specialization at the Faculty of Chemistry, Jagiellonian University. She was completed MSc (in 2000) and PhD (in 2004) in advanced analytical and forensic chemistry at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow in collaboration with the Institute of Forensic Research in Krakow in Poland.
The MSc thesis was awarded by the Dr. Robel’s Award as the best work in Forensic area. She currently working as Professor in Laboratory for Forensic Chemistry at Jagiellonian University.
Her scientific interests are focused on developing modern methods of preparation and analysis of human biological materials, classical and alternative (including VH matrix, bone marrow, hair, etc.), collected by living or post-mortem.
The scope of analyses covers the detection and quantitative determination of psychoactive substances and inorganic compounds in various biological matrices. Coordinator of numerous scientific projects in Poland and abroad. She took part in national (MNS-DIAG) and international scientific projects (CITTES, TEMPUS), participant of The Eurolecturer Label Team etc. She cooperates with many forensic specialists and police experts. Vice President of the Cracovian Toxicological Society. Author of both original and review papers.

Dorota Rutkowska-Żbik

Dorota Rutkowska-Zbik is currently employed as the Associate Professor at the Jerzy Haber Institute of Catalysis and Surface Chemistry, Polish Academy of Sciences (Krakow, Poland) where she leads “Heterogeneous catalysis: theory and experiment” group.
She obtained MSc degree from the Jagiellonian University (Krakow, Poland) in 2000 and PhD in physical and theoretical chemistry from the Institute of Catalysis and Surface Chemistry, Polish Academy of Sciences (Krakow, Poland) in 2005.
After graduation, she held a visiting post-doctoral fellow position at the Theoretical Chemistry Department at the Lund University (Lund, Sweden).
Her scientific interests cover computational chemistry for catalysis and bio-inorganic chemistry, in particular elucidation of reaction mechanisms and kinetic studies.
Her research is focused on (i) activation of small molecules (O2, CO2, CH4); (ii) selective oxidation of light alkanes; (iii) valorization of biomass-derived products (furfural, glycerol). She is interested in transition metal – based systems: complexes, nanoclusters, and recently, metal-loaded zeolitic materials.

Prof. Dr. Manuel Lillo-Crespo
Dr. Manuel Lillo-Crespo is a Professor, Researcher and Senior Lecturer of the Department of Nursing, at the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Alicante (Spain). CNO and Vice-director at Vistahermosa HLA Hospital in Alicante. Professor at the European University of Valencia and collaborating-professor of the International University of Valencia. With broad experience in Team Leadership and Management of International Research and Innovation Projects. Director of the research team “Medicine, Nursing and Clinical Nutrition” within the Doctoral Programme of Health Sciences at his University. His areas of expertise are: Clinical & Healthcare Management & Administration, Healthcare Improvement, Nursing & Medical Professional Development, Healthcare/clinical Anthropology, Qualitative Research Methodology & Mixed-Methods, Ageing & Chronicity, and Educational Innovation & Research. Member of Editorial Boards and also Peer-reviewer of Impact Factor Journals such as: the Journal of Advanced Nursing (JAN), the International Journal of Health, Wellness and Society and the Journal of Transcultural Nursing (JTCN), and other Latin American and Spanish professional journals (such as Horizonte Sanitario, IMPACT Journal, RECIEN, Revista Colombiana de Enfermería, Investigación y Educación en Enfermería, Revista Anna Nery de Enfermagem, Cultura de los Cuidados).
He has more than 100 publications in different JCR impact factor journals and book chapters and has been the director of 12 doctoral dissertations until now. He has participated in Scientific Events as well as taught and mentored future health professionals all over the world. Dr. Lillo-Crespo is the former International Mobility Coordinator at his Faculty at UA and has been an active researcher and team lead in more than 15 European Commission funded Projects until now. He is involved as researcher in other national research projects funded by Spanish Public National organizations as well as other Latin American ones. Dr. Lillo-Crespo is also a current Visiting-Professor at the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas and the University of Coahuila, both in Mexico where he has developed several research projects, mentored PhD dissertations and taught in specialized courses. He is an external professor at the University of Malaga (Faculty of Health Sciences) and University Autonomous of Barcelona (Faculty of Medicine) in Master Degrees and PhD programmes related to his expertise. In the Clinical fieldwork his background as a clinician comes from the Emergency Room (E.R.), the Intensive Care Unit (I.C.U.) as well as other management positions. About his Management Background, he has boosted healthcare professional decision-making towards efficiency-based and evidence-based solutions to develop Transversal Innovative Care Models accomplishing social impact through translational research and quality improvement.
Prof. PhDr. Mgr. Helena Kadučáková, PhD.
Professor Helena Kadučáková works at the Department of Nursing at the Faculty of Health of the Catholic University of Ružomberok, where she is the supervisor of the
bachelor’s degree in nursing. As part of her professional clinical
qualifications, she completed specialization studies in community nursing and
comprehensive pediatric intensive care, which contributed to the development of
nursing in the field of pediatric nursing and palliative care.
During her time at the University, she served as Associate Dean and then
Superintendent of Education. During her tenure in these positions, she made a
significant contribution to the quality of education at the Catholic
University. Member of the Steering Committee for the Quality of Education at
the Catholic University in Ružomberok. Currently, he is an assessor at the
Slovak Higher Education Accreditation Agency. She has completed several study
stays at foreign universities.
Helena Kadučáková is known not only for her creative activity, but also for
international scientific and professional conferences. It acts as a guarantor,
a member of scientific committees, chairs sections and runs discussion forums.
He is a member of the editorial boards of national and international scientific
journals. He is a member of scientific councils of domestic and foreign
universities.
She is a recognized expert in the field of nursing not only in Poland but also
abroad.
Prof. Dr. Carol Hall
Dr Carol Hall is a Registered Nurse and Emeritus Professor in Nursing Education at the University of Nottingham. Professor Hall has extensive experience in the design, delivery and quality assurance of post graduate International nursing education, through invited roles in curriculum development and validation and accreditation. As Education Forum Chair for the UK Royal College of Nursing (2006 – 2015) and Vice President of the Federation of European Nurse Educators (FINE 2012 – 2018), Carol supported influential work developing new undergraduate nurse education competencies within the European Directive on Mutual Recognition of Professionals. Carol was awarded Principal Fellowship by the UK Higher Education Academy in November 2014 and Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland FFNRCSI in 2020. She received a UK National team award for Collaboration in Teaching Excellence (CATE Award) in 2018. Carol’s latest book ‘A Handbook of International Nursing Education’ is due to be published by Sage in 2024.
